Booking terms & conditions

At The Tint Factory, we strive to provide the highest quality window tinting services and the best customer experience. To do that, we ask you to review a few terms before booking an appointment.

• Deposits. All appointments are secured with a £60 deposit paid online (or you can pay in full when you book); where a deposit is paid, the remaining balance is paid on the day at our workshop. Where a booking comes to £60 or less, it is simply paid in full online and there is nothing left to pay on the day. The deposit is non-refundable within 7 days of the appointment.
• Rescheduling. Appointments cannot be moved within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
• What prices include. All prices stated on this website are for the rear windows only unless otherwise stated, that is, from the B-pillar back.
